Animated Leaf Series
The animated leaf series is a response to the garden as a source of form. The pieces imagine what a one dimensional leaf would become if it could be enlarged and inflated. My resulting “leaves” have taken on the girth, weight and physicality of animals. I refer to them as “the herd.”
